Request Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the ProjectFlow app (by B2l Mobitech Pvt. Ltd.) can request deletion of their account and associated data, in accordance with Google Play’s data deletion policy.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your ProjectFlow account and all related data, please send an email to:

Make sure to include the email address or mobile number associated with your ProjectFlow account so we can verify your identity before processing your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account information (name, email, phone, etc.)
• All of your Created Projects and its Tasks
• All other form metadata

Once your request is verified, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data That May Be Retained

Some non-personally identifiable or legally required information may be retained for:

• Security and audit logs (up to 30 days)
• Compliance with applicable laws or dispute resolution

After this period, all retained data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
